The products presented on our website are not located in United States and are shipped directly from our manufacturers located abroad. The estimated average delivery time for products is 10 to 15 business days, although there may be variations in time, customs costs, or VAT by Correos, as well as possible issues such as strikes and other factors beyond our control. However, we guarantee the delivery of your product within a maximum of 90 days after purchase. (IF THIS DEADLINE IS NOT MET, YOU MAY RETURN THE ORDER WITHOUT CONDITIONS).

Another important point is that the products arrive in United States under competent supervision and will then be delivered to the destination cities. All purchases come with a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer's email within 7 business days (UNLESS THERE IS A SHIPPING ISSUE FROM THE SUPPLIERS) and can be tracked from the time it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at your home. Delivery is always made by Correos; however, in some cases, such as absent recipients or regions with delivery restrictions, Correos may leave a notice for pickup at the nearest agency to the provided address. If the order contains 2 or more products, they may be shipped separately, and a tracking number will be issued for each product. Since this is an international order, tracking information on the Correos website may take up to 7 business days to update after the tracking code is provided.

The customer must review the delivery address before confirming the purchase, and in case of a return due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, the responsibility will lie solely with the customer. In case of failed delivery attempts, the package will be available for pickup at the agency; otherwise, it will be returned to the sender abroad. Once the reshipping is confirmed, the delivery time will begin from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order log.
